DESCRIPTION
To understand which factors drive the realization of travel savings following conferencing deployments, the
study surveyed more than 200 corporate
travel managers from across the globe. It looked at more than 20
company characteristics including managerial practices, which
conferencing technologies they deployed, and company demographics
(size, region, etc.). The study found that the biggest impacts
came from factors well within managerial control, and the analysis
focuses on these areas. The
research also provides an update on the penetration of various
conferencing technologes, with comparisons to a similar study conducted
in 2009.
